We provide individual and family therapy to support people with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, adhd, trauma, dysregulation in childhood, defiance, school refusal and difficult family dynamics.
We are a diverse group of clinicians who practice in a variety of ways. We are informed by psychodynamic principles. This means that we believe that relationships matter and that our past helps to form who we are today. We also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) into our practices, as we teach skills to help our clients manage difficult feelings and behavior. When meeting with children and families we work to strengthen family relationships and provide parenting advice, including behavior modification techniques.
